Creative Kitchen Days - Day 1

Professional kitchen. Free of charge. For your food idea.

The Creative Kitchen Days open the professional kitchen at the Museumspädagogisches Zentrum (MUPÄZ) Kulmbach to anyone with a food idea. No programme, no pitch, no business plan required. You bring the ingredients – we provide the kitchen, equipment and space.

Why does this exist?

Great food products aren’t developed at a desk – they’re developed at the stove. In the early stages, access to professional-grade equipment, space and hygiene standards is often the bottleneck. The Creative Kitchen Days close that gap – free of charge.

How does it work?

Each day starts at 10:00 am with a short kitchen induction and safety briefing. After that, the kitchen is yours until 4:30 pm – to work on your project alone or in exchange with other participants. Between sessions, you can store ingredients in the MUPÄZ refrigerators and freezers.

Who is it for?

Pre-founding entrepreneurs, early-stage startups and students with food ideas. No prior experience needed – just curiosity and a concrete project. Places are limited to 10–12 participants per day.
